Wendy, you might wish to look closely at the IDEAL online conferencing and collaboration system. I know it is fully accessible, 508 compliant and well supported by people who know what it means to deliver this type of business service. It is also the "engine" behind a number of accessible (and successful) training delivery platforms being used today.
