csun not accessible

The proceedings of the csun conference are not accessible to all.  The
papers of the presenters are all in java Script, meaning they are
unavailable to Lynx users.  the organizers claim their site is accessible
and offer no explanation of their java Script design decision.  Java was
not implemented in last year's design.  An attempt to register a comment
about this resulted in a 404 error.  Who might I contact to resolve this
so access can be ensured for all in the disability community?  It is not
merely enough to talk about the accessibility of technology, one has to
make it happen as well.
