Adobe began providing this service several years ago.  At one point the 
software that does it was available as well, but only for Windows.  I 
haven't checked that recently.

Some reasons why this isn't all that helpful:

-Translating one URL at a time is tedious at best.  If the stuff you need 
isn't open to the general public, the converter is useless.

-The user version, if it still exists at all, is Windows only.

-They apparently have made absolutely _no_ progress since this service was 
announced, at least three years ago.
