I've never seen so many whiners.  The article was good, because it was
thorough, but they should interview ne.  I just simply don't use
something I can not use.  I use the phone for instance to obtain extra
information about my account.  I use the software available to write
checks if I want to I use curtesy cards with stores and get checks
written for a bit over the amount I need for the bill and have cash
that way.  When atms and self service terminals become accessible to
all, I will use and advocate them.
