It is not so much the modality as it is the mentality. I believe that it is segragation at its finest if quallified individuals are denied to prove their worth over the medium of test taking they are proficient at, on the other hand, If they are not quallified they should not be considered. Adding to this, if the testing is skewed as it often is than it needs to be looked at not to dumb it down but to widen the possibilities for quallification not based on toos but on actual capability.
