Andrew Monk of the Centre for Usable Home Technology (CUHTec) at the University of York has set up a moderated jiscmail announcement list for researchers in: * telecare, telehealth; * assistive technology; * inclusive design, * and the accessibility of ICT. The CARINGTECRESEARCH list will be moderated so you will only get announcements of research jobs, studentships, conferences and workshops in the above areas. 'When we get going I don't expect to send out much more than a message or so a week. At first it will probably be much fewer. No chat,' says Monk. 'To make this work we need critical mass. Please make anyone you know who does research in these areas join the list.' If you are interested in being on the list, send the message JOIN CARING-TEC-RESEARCH to jiscmail@jiscmail.ac.uk.
