Hello,
Of particular and possible interest to folks in Ontario, I have
set-up a group on the professional networking platform, LinkedIn, for the
sharing and exchange of information among individuals who either have a
role in supporting the implementation of one or more of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards, or have an interest in understanding what these standards may mean to them. The
AODA standards cover the following areas: customer service,
transportation, information and communications, built environment, and
employment.
You can join the group by going to
http://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=2604468 - if you are not already a
member of LinkedIn, you will be asked to register.
Please feel free to pass this info along to others who may benefit from such conversations.
Jennison
